Everything you want and need can be found within thyself.

Depending on other people to bring you joy leads to great dissatisfaction, for joy is found within. 

Your world outside of you is in direct reflection of what is going on inside of you.

Having a child is the single best gift any human can have

Music brings out your soul and heals your heart

Hitting 50 years old is liberating, in that you know yourself and you don’t ask for permission to be who you are
