Venus Rekow is the founder of Neural Shifts, a consulting firm specialized in helping leaders drive culture change through a Diversity and Inclusion lens, Venus is well known for her ability to assess organizational culture and translate research insights to enable behavior change. Venus performed a Tedx talk "The Power of Inclusion" at the University of Washington in 2019. She earned a Masters degree from Seattle University in Organization System dynamics and a B.S. in psychology from Boise State University
Alicia Dara is a voice coach. Working closely with many women and conducting “Public Speaking Bootcamp for women”, she has become a sought-after women’s and leadership coach teaching “using your voice.” Her insightful techniques into the literal use of words to power are her gifted brand. Alicia is an avid advocate for women's issues and spends many of her hours in support of Planned Parenthood.
Kevin Carter is the President of Inclusion Innovates. Kevin’s stellar career as a Chief Diversity Officer in many large prominent companies has him focused on organization change with Diversity. Kevin has developed tools to analyze organizations and provide keen insight into organization psychology. He is Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University possessing a degree in Philosophy and Public Affairs.
Tom is the Founder and Managing Partner for the Valtas Group. At Valtas, Tom’s focus is on providing clients the best interim, part-time, and full-time non-profit Executive Directors available while working to achieve equity and inclusion for all in the non-profit sector. Underscoring Tom’s belief that businesses have a responsibility to give back in time, talent and treasure, to the communities from which they earn their living, he co-founded the CFOS Foundationin 2007.His current and past Board positions include the CFOS Foundation, the Mountaineers Board of Trustees, Seattle SCORE, Lutheran Community Services, and a number of mentoring and advisory board roles.
